The Eye Fund A charity to support people losing their vision.
The ladies of the guild very kindly made The Eye Fund their designated charity for 2012. Carol and Paul have visited them on several occasions and have always been made most welcome.
On the evening of 17th January 2013, Carol was presented with a cheque for £400. A tremendous amount from a small group of hard working ladies.

Carol and Paul were invited to the Newton Ladies Guild coffee morning in Wirral on a lovely sunny day mid-August. They had previously made The Eye Fund their charity of the year. In the two hours they were there they sold £233.50 worth of jewellery, cards, silk scarves and pictures. Wouldn’t it be great if we could sell that much every 2 hours? What a difference it would make to those losing their vision!
